Mentorella is an independent business platform. It helps users create pages, funnels, leads and follow-up workflows. It does not sell personal data to advertisers and does not use connected calendar data for advertising.
1. Who we are
Mentorella is a business workspace operated for landing pages, funnels, lead management, appointments, notifications and growth workflows. The contact email for privacy matters is support@mentorella.com.
- Mentorella is not officially affiliated with companies, brands or MLM organizations that users may add to their own workspace.
- Users remain responsible for the content, claims and links they publish through their pages and funnels.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information needed to provide and secure the Mentorella service.
- Account information such as name, email address, workspace name, preferred language and timezone.
- Workspace content such as landing pages, funnels, companies, IDs, templates, notes and settings.
- Lead and appointment information submitted through public pages and funnels, such as name, email, phone, message, consent status and source information.
- Billing and plan information, including selected plan, plan requests, subscription dates and manual payment records.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, logs, security events, cookies and usage events needed for reliability and fraud prevention.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate, personalize, secure and improve Mentorella.
- Provide dashboard access, landing pages, funnels, lead CRM, appointment flows and notifications.
- Show page owners the leads and appointment requests submitted through their own public pages.
- Apply plan limits, security controls, language preferences and timezone settings.
- Send operational emails such as account, plan request, billing, notification and appointment messages.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve product quality and protect the service.
4. Google Calendar integration
When a user connects Google Calendar, Mentorella uses Google OAuth to request permission from that specific Google account.
- Calendar access is used to create or manage Mentorella appointment events and optional Google Meet links when the user requests that feature.
- Each user connects their own Google account; customer appointments are not placed into a single shared Mentorella calendar unless the user chooses that account.
- Mentorella stores access tokens securely so the integration can work until the user disconnects it or the token expires.
- Calendar data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
- Users can disconnect Google Calendar from dashboard settings at any time.
5. AI-assisted features
Mentorella may provide AI-assisted drafting for pages, funnels, compliance scans and copy suggestions.
- AI output is a draft and should be reviewed by the user before publishing.
- Users should not enter sensitive personal data into AI prompts unless it is necessary and lawful.
- AI features do not guarantee sales, leads, income, compliance approval or business results.
6. Legal basis and consent
Depending on the situation, Mentorella processes data to perform the service, respect consent, comply with legal obligations and protect legitimate interests.
- Lead forms include privacy and contact consent options where applicable.
- Users who publish pages are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect and contact their own leads.
- Users should not upload or collect data they are not authorized to process.
7. Sharing and processors
We share information only when needed to provide the service, comply with law or protect the platform.
- Hosting, email, analytics, security, payment, calendar and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf.
- Workspace owners can see data submitted to their own pages and funnels.
- We may disclose information if required by law, security investigation or abuse prevention.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with law and protect legitimate business interests.
- Users may delete certain content, leads and notifications from the dashboard where the product allows it.
- Account deletion or data export requests can be sent to the contact email.
- Some records may be retained for security, billing, legal or audit reasons.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your personal information.
- Requests can be sent to support@mentorella.com.
- We may need to verify the requester before acting on privacy requests.
- If a lead submitted data to a user-created page, the page owner may also be responsible for responding to that lead.
10. Security and international transfers
Mentorella uses practical safeguards to protect data, including authentication, role controls, secure tokens and operational monitoring.
- No online service can guarantee absolute security.
- Data may be processed in countries where our infrastructure or providers operate.
- Users should protect their login credentials and enable stronger account security where available.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Mentorella evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
- Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
